SAO PAULO (AP) -Coach Luiz Felipe Scolari has brought back playmaker Kaka into Brazil's squad for friendlies against Italy and Russia later this month, but Ronaldinho was left out.

Kaka wasn't chosen in Scolari's first squad earlier this year but the Real Madrid player made the list when it was announced Tuesday, however Ronaldinho was left out after a disappointing performance in Brazil's 2-1 loss to England in February.

Brazil will play Italy in Geneva on March 21 and Russia four days later at Chelsea's Stamford Bridge in London.
