MUNICH (AP) -Bayern Munich chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge says the Champions League winners have no plans to bring in any new players, or to let any leave.

Rummenigge spoke at the presentation Tuesday of former Barcelona midfielder Thiago Alcantara, Bayern's latest acquisition. Rummenigge said that "as of now, nothing more is planned.''

Bayern has also signed former Borussia Dortmund forward Mario Goetze, while releasing striker Mario Gomez to Fiorentina.

Thiago joins an already crowded, star-studded midfield but Rummenigge describes the competition as "fantastic.''

Bayern's new coach, Pep Guardiola, inherited a team that completed an unprecedented treble in German football last season, winning the Bundesliga and the German Cup as well as the Champions League.
