AMSTERDAM (AP) - Surprise Eredivisie leader PEC Zwolle stayed atop the standings after coming from a goal down to draw 1-1 with FC Utrecht, in a fifth round that saw most top teams draw.

Willem Janssen gave Utrecht a 50th minute lead before Stefan Nijland earned Zwolle a point and kept the league leader unbeaten this season with a 74th-minute equalizer.

Also Sunday, defending champion Ajax drew 1-1 with Groningen.

On Saturday, PSV Eindhoven, second going into the fifth round and celebrating the club's centenary, was held to a goalless stalemate by newly promoted Cambuur Leeuwarden.

Captain Rasmus Bengtsson salvaged a 1-1 draw for third-place FC Twente with a 90th-minute goal against Heerenveen, which had taken the lead against the run of play through Joey van den Berg.
