MADRID (AP) - An explosion in a power supply unit outside the soccer stadium in Mallorca injured three people, jeopardizing Friday's World Cup qualifier between Spain and Belarus.

Spain's federation said Thursday two people are seriously injured. Spokesman Jorge Carretero tells the Associated Press the three men were working on the power unit in the stadium parking lot when the explosion happened. He thinks the damaged unit can be replaced in time for the game.

Spain goes into the match on the Mediterranean island even on points with France at the top of their group, but has a game in hand. Belarus is in last place.
