NEW DELHI (AP) - India's top players say they'll pull out of the Davis Cup match against South Korea if they are required to sign a code of conduct agreement with the country's tennis association.

Eight players said Friday in a statement that they would skip the Feb. 1-3 series in New Delhi if the All India Tennis Association asks them to sign. The players also want a change in Davis Cup management, more prize money and an enlarged team of six players.

The AITA had earlier conceded that the players had a valid point in wanting coach Nandan Bal and non-playing captain Shiv Misra replaced.

Last year, the AITA was criticized for not reaching out to players and worked out a compromise before the London Olympics after Mahesh Bhupathi and Rohan Bopanna refused to play doubles with Leander Paes.
