Li Na advances to 4th round at Australian Open

MELBOURNE, Australia (AP) - Sixth-seeded Li Na has advanced to the fourth round of the Australian Open with a 6-4, 6-1 win Friday over Sorana Cirstea of Romania.

Li will next play Julia Goerges of Germany, who beat Zheng Jie 6-3, 1-6, 7-5 earlier Friday.

Li, the 2011 French Open champion, is trying to add a second Grand Slam title, and the Australian Open appears to be her best chance.

She advanced to the 2010 semifinals, the 2011 final - losing to Kim Clijsters - and the fourth round here last year.
