A live, continuous Web chat—via an on-screen ticker—is just one of the new interactive components on this season’s NFL PREVIEW, establishing the show as the network’s most interactive sports programming to date. The new elements will allow Web users and viewers to interact with the cast of NFL PREVIEW, as well as the CNN audience, before, during and after the show. Analysts Trev Alberts, Ron Meyer, and field reporter Peter King, join host Bob Lorenz for NFL PREVIEW’s debut this Sunday, July 2 at 10 a.m. (ET) on CNN. “We are giving viewers the chance to be a part of NFL PREVIEW; not just watching, but contributing with questions, comments and reactions,” said Bill Galvin, coordinating producer. “We are enhancing and integrating the online and television experience while providing even more of the quality, in-depth NFL information our viewers are accustomed to receiving.” To participate, users and viewers can log on to CNNSI.com’s NFL PREVIEW page and tune in to the show on CNN. The NFL PREVIEW page gives users a variety of interactive options and elements, including a continuous Web chat, an e-mail Q&A segment, user polls and more. Some of the new interactive elements are listed below:  ‘Live Continuous Web Chats’ – Users and viewers can participate in a live continuous Web chat by logging on to CNNSI.com’s NFL PREVIEW page. The chat enables users to share thoughts with the NFL Preview cast and the rest of the CNN audience via the on-screen chat ticker. During the show, the chat will be streamed on the ticker; users’ comments and questions will be posted and discussed on air. The NFL PREVIEW cast will participate in the Web chat during commercial breaks, as well as before and after the show. The chat begins at 9:30 a.m., thirty minutes before the show, and continues until 11:30 a.m., thirty minutes after the show.

 ‘E-Blitz’ – Users and viewers submit questions in the ‘mailbag’ that our experts will answer on the air in our e-Blitz segment. The questions will be asked and answered in a rapid-fire presentation.

 ‘NFL Preview Poll’ – Users and viewers can voice their opinions by voting in our NFL Preview poll; results will air at the end of the show.

 ‘Beat the Experts’ – Users can see how their weekly picks stack up against the NFL PREVIEW cast - and win valuable prizes - in the 'Beat the Experts' contest. Users and viewers can log on to CNNSI.com to make their picks. Results are posted on CNNSI.com and on NFL PREVIEW.

NFL PREVIEW, CNN’s critically acclaimed hour-long NFL show, offers viewers a complete look at the NFL with all the top news, feature pieces, key interviews, in-depth analysis and insider information.
