By Michael DiRocco PONTE VEDRA BEACH - Jay Don Blake's caddie belongs on the Psychic Network. Frank Sanders watched Blake strike the ball off the tee on the par-3 13th and knew it was an ace. ``As soon as he hit it, I said, `We finally made one,''' Sanders said. Blake became just the 11th golfer in tournament history to make a hole-in-one when he aced the hole from 187 yards out with a 6-iron Saturday morning. ``It hit on the green, rolled over on the ridge and from then on we just waited for the gallery -- listened for their screams to get louder and louder,'' said Blake, who sits at 6-under after yesterday's third-round 68. Neither Blake or Sanders saw the ball drop in the cup, but the reaction of the gallery when he bent to retrieve his ball could be heard for several holes. It was the 18th career hole-in-one for the former NCAA champion and it came on the hole that has given up the most aces in tournament history. Two other golfers - Chip Beck in 1992 and Phil Mickelson last year - have aced No. 13, a 172-yard hole that is marked by a long water hazard and lateral bunker. The only other hole that has given up more than one ace is No. 3.
