WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (AP) -- Leo Nakayama's bat has Tokyo's confidence brimming over a potential Far East championship repeat.

Nakayama hit two home runs, including a grand slam in a seven-run second inning as Tokyo crushed Dhahran, Saudi Arabia 9-0.

In three games, Nakayama is 6-for-7 with seven RBIs and three runs scored for Tokyo, which has outscored opponents 28-8.

Nakayama, whose squad beat Maracaibo 10-0 on Sunday, said he's confident of his team's chances, especially because of the way he's hitting.

Tokyo is attempting to defend the nation's title won by Osaka last year.
