OMAHA, Nebraska (Ticker) -- Jon Nunnally drove in the first run of the game, then scored the game-winning run with two outs in the bottom of the 10th inning as the Omaha Golden Spikes outlasted the Colorado Springs Sky Sox, 2-1. Nunnally, who hit 23 homers and stole 26 bases for the Pawtucket Red Sox in 1998, singled to right-center field in the second to score Kit Pellow, then came home on Craig Wilson's second single of the game to give Omaha its ninth win in its last 13 contests. Dan Murray (3-3) worked a scoreless 10th and earned the win for the Golden Spikes. Cliff Brumbaugh went 2-for-4 for Colorado Springs and scored its only run on a Mike Peeples single in the ninth inning. Craig Dingman (3-5) allowed a run and retired only two batters in the 10th to suffer the loss for the Sky Sox, losers of four of six outings.
