Guillen pushes M's to ALCS
The Seattle Mariners used a squeeze to sweep. Shutting down the highest-scoring team in the majors for the third game in a row, the wild-card Mariners edged the Chicago White Sox 2-1 on pinch-hitter Carlos Guillen's bunt single in the bottom of the ninth inning Friday. Heading into the ALCS, the Seattle bullpen has yet to allow a run in 11 2/3 postseason innings.
