SCOTTSDALE, Arizona (Ticker) -- Ray Durham's fourth-inning grand slam was one of three home runs hit by the Chicago White Sox, who outscored the San Francisco Giants, 10-6, in a Cactus League slugfest. Durham connected off struggling starter Joe Nathan to put Chicago in front, 6-3. Aaron Rowand and Royce Clayton had the other homers for the White Sox as Clayton extended his hitting streak to 17 games. Todd Ritchie got the win, despite giving up five runs and 11 hits in 6 1/3 innings. Nathan was worse, surrendering six runs and eight hits in 3 1/3 innings as his spring ERA rose to 15.53. Pedro Feliz homered and Ramon Moreta was 2-for-2 for the Giants. |
