MILWAUKEE (Ticker) -- Ray Durham went 3-for-3 and drove in four runs as the Chicago White Sox pounded the Milwaukee Brewers, 12-6, in an exhibition game at Miller Park.

Durham got the White Sox off to a good start with a two-run homer in the top of the first inning, his fifth of the spring.

Royce Clayton also collected three hits for Chicago, which banged out 16. Jose Valentin delivered a two-run single in the fifth.

Paul Bako, acquired earlier this month from Atlanta, belted a grand slam in the bottom of the second in his first at-bat at Miller Park as a member of the Brewers.

But the White Sox reached Milwaukee starter Jamey Wright for eight runs -- five earned -- and 10 hits over three innings.

Mitch Wylie, the second of seven Chicago pitchers, got the win, allowing two runs and three hits over 3 2/3 innings.

Chicago starter Jon Rauch surrendered the grand slam to Bako and allowed four runs in just 1 1/3 innings.

The White Sox conclude their exhibition slate at the San Francisco Giants on Sunday before opening the season at Seattle on Monday.

The Brewers have two days off before opening their campaign at Houston on Tuesday.
