ATLANTA (Ticker) -- The exhibition game between the Minnesota Twins and Atlanta Braves was cancelled due to rain.

The Braves, who never have had a regular-season rainout at Turner Field since the facility opened for baseball in 1997, will open the season Monday against Philadelphia.

Minnesota begins its season the same day at Kansas City.
