Borbon has agreed to a minor league contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers. The lefthander split last season between Toronto and Houston, going 4-4 with a 5.36 ERA in 72 appearances.

May. 15, 2002 The Toronto Blue Jays have traded Borbon to the Houston Astros for a player to be named later. The reliever is 1-2 with a 4.97 ERA in 16 appearances this season.
Mar. 20, 2001 Borbon left the field under his own power after being hit in the forehead by a line drive off the bat of Kansas City's Dee Brown. Borbon has a cut on his forehead but should be fine going forward.
Jan. 7, 2000 Borbon signed a one-year contract with the Blue Jays today.
Nov. 8, 1999 Borbon was traded today along with Dodgers right fielder Raul Mondesi for Toronto right fielder Shawn Green.
