How would you rate the cost of food and beverages at the ballpark?
What is the must-have food item offered at the ballpark and what makes it so good?
"That's the problem with the Skydome...er, I mean the Roger's Centre. It's like eating at a high school cafeteria. There is not one 'must-have' and plenty of 'avoid to save your bowels.' The worst food I've had at the dozens of pro sport venues I've been to."
"Icees [slushy], except they do not have them on the second deck, which is where I typically sit. I have to watch the game watching those below me enjoy them."
"Ice cold beer, bought from the vendor along the first base line in the 100 level. It's regular beer, but the way the vendor says it has made him legendary: 'Ice....coooooold...BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEER,' with about a half-second between each word."
How would you rate the quality of the promotions/giveaways offered by the home team?
What is the best promotion/giveaway your team has offered? What is the worst? What is a promotion you'd like to see?
"When they do their Flashback Fridays, and actually bring in an ex-Jay that meant something important to the fans. Bring us Roberto Alomar, bring us Joe Carter. Now that he's retired, bring us Shawn Green. But please, no more Alex Gonzales. Nobody wanted to see him here when he played, aside from the ladies in the crowd."
"Best is the car giveaway. The worst is the racing bell peppers."
"The John Gibbons cowboy tie was the best."
"Hat Day is the best. Worst was the B.J. Ryan Bobblehead day that looked nothing like him."
