  • "It is usually the opposing fans against us. Red Sox and Yankees fan take over the stadium 40-60 percent. It doesn't help that we have been bad for 10 years now."

What is the best promotion/giveaway your team has offered? What is the worst? What is a promotion you'd like to see?
  • "The $5 college student night is always great."
  • "My favorite giveaway would have to be the Cal Ripken 2,131 bobblehead, because Ripken is a hometown hero. The worst giveaway would have to be the schedule magnets because they are worthless. I would like to see the Orioles give away rally towels so the fans can wave around to get pumped up."
  • "The Tuesday night home games feature $8 upper deck seats, and sometimes they give out free T-shirts on these nights too. That's a great deal! The worst promotion I recall was 'Fan Appreciation Night." They advertised $1 hot dogs and $1 sodas. What they didn't tell us ahead of time is that the soda and hot dogs were much smaller than the regular ones, so I don't konw that we were getting much of a deal. I thought that was an insulting way to show 'appreciation' to the fans."
  • "Miguel Tejada Used Syringe Night was cool. I didn't like the black Brian Roberts bobblehead, which eventually was canceled. They should do all-you-can-eat pancakes."
