"The best: Racing Sausage bobbleheads (Bill Hall with pink bat a close second). The worst: The Chorizo bobblehead was disappointing. I'd like to see a promotion that allows a randomly chosen fan to join the Sausage Race."
"I would like to see a Corey Hart "Sunglasses At Night" bobblehead."
"The funniest was Jeffrey Hammonds bobblehead after he was cut by the team."
"The best promo is a tossup between the sausage races and the Cerveceros jerseys. Anytime you can walk away from the ballpark with a bobblehead of an Italian sausage -- complete with moustache -- is a day well spent. The worst promo is always Refrigerator Magnet Day. Blech. The one I would like to see is anything where they give away playoff tix -- because that means the Crew made the playoffs for the second time in my life. I'm 30; I was 5 the last time it happened."

"Bobbleheads are both best and worst. I would like to see an Eliot Spitzer Night."
"The best promotion is probably the free concerts offered after certain games during the year. The worst promotion was 'Bring Your Pet Day.' How sad is it when a team has to resort to allowing dogs in the seats in order to sell tickets?"

"Elvis Night is a good time for the whole family. I would like to see a Blues Brothers Night!"
"The White Sox have a number of excellent promotions. My favorite, at least since I have become a father, is the number of Sunday afternoon kids' days, which feature activities in and around the ballpark aimed at children as well as $1 tickets for the kids. Other great promotions include Dog Day, where fans can purchase tickets in a particular section and bring their dog to the game, and the Friday and Saturday night fireworks shows throughout the year."

"Not aware of all of them, but the Trevor Hoffman Time Clock was really neat!"

"The best promotion was a commercial for the team when Ichiro first signed. Everyone noticed that he had his first name on the back of his jersey. The rest of the team followed suit, and John Halama lost the draw for his name and had to put Thaddeus on the back. Classic."
"A promotion I would like to see is 'Take a shot at Howard Lincoln Day.'"
"I love the annual toy train giveaway. I've been going every year since they gave the first installment away, and it makes for a neat collection. They could do away with some of the nick-nack items like 'Military Coin Night.' I would like to see higher quality ballcaps on cap night."
"Best promotions were the Jackie Robinson and Sandy Koufax action figures offered three years ago"

"The 1968 replica jerseys given away this year should be amazing. The worst was an old floppy orange hat at Tiger Stadium"
"I don't really care about promotions since they usually only apply to the first 10,000 people and when you're going to a game with 40,000 fans you've got to get there pretty early to get the promo. I'm not going to sit around for four or five hours before the first pitch just to get a bobblehead, especially when it's a 2 1/2 hour drive to the ball park in the first place.

"I dunno. How about a chance for the team to win?"
"Best: Number retirement nights. You get an 8x10 of a painting the Reds are giving the player. Worst: They once gave out a Danny Graves wobble thing, which was about the size of an egg, but it was solid. The only positive that came out of that was the fact that Graves didn't pitch that day and therefore wasn't seriously injured by those being thrown at him. Like to see: A Big Red Machine Day at the ballpark each season, with members of those teams showing up at the ballpark."

"The Tuesday night home games feature $8 upper deck seats, and sometimes they give out free T-shirts on these nights too. That's a great deal! The worst promotion I recall was 'Fan Appreciation Night." They advertised $1 hot dogs and $1 sodas. What they didn't tell us ahead of time is that the soda and hot dogs were much smaller than the regular ones, so I don't konw that we were getting much of a deal. I thought that was an insulting way to show 'appreciation' to the fans."
