What is the must-have food item offered at the ballpark and what makes it so good?
"There are so many items to choose from. For a substantial ballpark meal, I would recommend an Italian sausage with grilled onions and green peppers. The smell of this particular item being grilled is the first thing I notice as I enter the ballpark."
"Maxwell Street Polish. The sauerkraut with mustard make the heartburn worth it."
"They have a huge selection of foods; and, like a cruise ship, it never seems more than 50 feet away."
"Roast beef/corned beef -- served on rye bread on a bed of chips and a pickle -- for under $5 in 2007."
"There are 2 must-haves. The jumbo kosher dog is simply the best hot dog I have ever enjoyed, at a ballpark or anywhere else. The churros are also excellent. Chicago has a vibrant Mexican-American community, and this item is rivaled only by those in the desert Southwest."

What is the worst incident you've witnessed against an opposing fan or yourself?
"There was a Cubs fan being asked politely to sit down because he was blocking a White Sox fan's view of the game. The Cubs fan wasn't paying attention to the ball game and was on his cell phone. [Typical Cubs fan]."
"For the most part, opposing fans are given a good-natured ribbing during games, with comments ranging from clever to crude. At games against the Cubs, where the cross-town rivalry is intense, I have witnessed brutal physical altercations. I was not in a position to determine who started these incidents, but the violence that I have witnessed at these games has made me stop attending them. In addition, I would never even consider taking my children to a Cubs-Sox game at either team's ballpark."
"Honestly, just drunk Cubs and Sox fans yelling at each other. It's a pretty decent place to catch a game."
"Mostly just scuffles between drunken idiots. It happens pretty infrequently though."

What is the best promotion/giveaway your team has offered? What is the worst? What is a promotion you'd like to see?
"Replicas of the club's 2005 World Series rings."
"Green Sox hats. The White Sox were the first club to offer throwback jerseys and alternative color hats."
"Elvis Night is a good time for the whole family. I would like to see a Blues Brothers Night!"
"The White Sox have a number of excellent promotions. My favorite, at least since I have become a father, is the number of Sunday afternoon kids' days, which feature activities in and around the ballpark aimed at children as well as $1 tickets for the kids. Other great promotions include Dog Day, where fans can purchase tickets in a particular section and bring their dog to the game, and the Friday and Saturday night fireworks shows throughout the year."
