The Tampa Bay Devil Rays added another talented outfielder Tuesday by selecting Delmon Young with the No. 1 pick in the 2003 First-Year Player Draft. The Milwaukee Brewers took two-time NCAA batting champ Rickie Weeks with the overall No. 2 pick.
