Probable Starters:
F -- Vicki Hall (6-1, 10.2 ppg, 5.2 rpg)
F -- Joy Holmes (5-10, 4.4 ppg, 3.5 rpg)
C -- Venus Lacy (6-4, 10.2 ppg, 6.5 rpg)
G -- Michelle Marciniak (5-9, 6.0 ppg, 1.6 rpg)
G -- Saudia Roundtree (5-7, 10.0 ppg, 2.6 rpg)
Strengths: Lacy is a veteran and should be a key cog in the middle.
Tracy Henderson is a reliable backup who plays a lot like Lacy.
Marciniak could be the feel good story of the season - coming back
to Tennessee where she was a star in college and having made
a full recovery from health problems. Roundtree is a classy, talented
guard. Na'Sheema Hillmon will be playing in the same place she did
in college at Vanderbilt.
Weaknesses: Getting enough points could be a problem, Hall and Lacy
are the leading scorers from last season. Depth, especially at guard
could be thin.
