Probable Starters:
F -- Tari Phillips (6-3, 13.9 ppg, 8.2 rpg)
F -- Crystal Robinson (5-11, 15.2 ppg, 4.3 rpg)
C -- Alisa Burras (6-3, 1st year)
G -- Debbie Black (5-3, 6.5 ppg, 5.6 apg)
G -- Edna Campbell (5-8, 13.2 ppg, 3.1 rpg)
Strengths: Black and Campbell return to form one of the
best backcourts in the league. Black is a dynamo who despite
her height is an excellent defensive player. Athletic
front-line with Burras, Phillips and Robinson. Wynne and
Tiffany Gooden provides depth.
Weaknesses: The Xplosion had the worst rebounding margin in the
league. The offense was the second lowest last season, so the
defense will once again have to be stellar.
Key Loss: F Charlotte Smith, G Melody Howard.
New Faces: C Burras, G-F Gooden.
