  • Navy coach Don DeVoe is one win shy of 500 for his career. He has a record of 499-346 in 29 seasons, including 10 with the Midshipmen (171-118). Navy opens the season with three straight home games.
  • Holy Cross has been to the NCAA Tournament 10 times and has a 7-10 record. The Crusaders have made two straight trips to the tournament, but have lost both times in the first round.
  • Lafayette has finished above .500 four times in the last five years. The program's only losing season was a 12-16 campaign in 2000-01.
  • Lehigh is ranked first nationally in NCAA graduation rates at 96 percent. The Mountain Hawks have ranked in the top 15 nationally in graduation rates for 15 straight years.
  • Bucknell's Pat Flannery is second to Navy's DeVoe in career victories (171) among Patriot League coaches. The Bison are the only team to reach double-digits in victories in each of the Patriot League's 12 seasons.
  • Holy Cross will make its first Preseason NIT appearance when it plays Kansas on Nov. 19 in a game that will be televised on ESPN.
  • Two programs have new head coaches this season. Army hired longtime Evansville coach Jim Crews to succeed Pat Harris, while first-time head coach Billy Taylor succeeds Sal Mentesana at Lehigh.
