The most dramatic three-pointers in tournament history:
1. Scotty Thurman, Arkansas, 1994.
Drains a moonball from the right wing, just over the outstretched hand of Duke's Antonio Lang, to beat the shot clock with 52.5 seconds left in the title game. The Razorbacks win 76-72.
2. John Wallace, Syracuse, 1996.
Hits a leaner from the top of the key with 2.8 seconds left in overtime to beat Georgia 83-81 and propel the Orangemen to the Final Four.
3. Barry Goheen, Vanderbilt, 1988.
After two free throws put Pittsburgh up three with four seconds left in a second-rounder, Goheen negotiates three- quarters of the floor and lets loose with two defenders flying at him. The basket sends the game into overtime, where Vandy wins 80-74.
