DURHAM, North Carolina (Ticker) -- Freshman Shavlik Randolph looks to have another big effort for fourth-ranked Duke when it hosts Davidson on Monday night.
Randolph made his heralded debut for Duke on Saturday as it extended its home winning streak to 14 games with a 101-53 rout of Army, coach Mike Krzyzewski's alma mater. Randolph made 7-of-12 shots for 23 points.
Freshman guard J.J. Redick and Dahntay Jones each netted 14 points and Daniel Ewing added 10. The Blue Devils forced 27 turnovers and held a 48-37 rebounding edge.
All 15 players scored for Duke and none played more than 22 minutes. Chris Duhon handed out eight assists.
Krzyzewski owns a 16-1 record against Davidson.
Davidson (0-0) is opening against Duke for the third time in six years. The Wildcats went 21-10 and won the Southern Conference a year ago before falling to Ohio State in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, 69-64.
The Wildcats return senior guard Peter Anderer, who shot 45 percent from 3-point range tp lead the Southern Conference last season. Anderer and Wayne Bernard are the only returning starters.
Duke has a 15-game winning streak against Davidson, including a 106-71 victory last season when Duhon and Ewing scored 11 points.
