OMAHA, Nebraska (Ticker) -- No. 12 Creighton, the nation's top shooting team, goes for its sixth consecutive victory on Wednesday when hosts Southwest Missouri State in a Missouri Valley Conference tilt.
Michael Lindeman scored 21 points and Kyle Korver added 14 as the Bluejays (21-2, 11-1 Missouri Valley Conference) posted an 88-65 victory over Bradley on Friday.
Lindeman hit five 3-pointers in the contest and was named the MVC player of the week for averaging 20.5 points and 4.5 rebounds while shooting 14-of-20 over two games.
Korver is averaging 18.2 points and 6.1 rebounds to lead the team, but has been in a shooting funk his past three games. The senior forward, who is shooting 49 percent from 3-point range and 50 percent overall from the field, is 9-of-27 in his past three games, including 7-of-20 from behind the arc.
Creighton, which shoots 52 percent from the field, is tied for first place in the conference with Southern Illinois.
The Bluejays have won four straight against the Bears.
Southwest Missouri State (13-7, 9-2) is looking to bounce back from a 76-75 home loss to Southern Illinois on Friday. Terrance McGee, who leads the team with 14.4 points per game, scored 22 in the loss, which snapped a seven-game winning streak.
The Bears have won three straight games on the road, but have not posted a victory at Creighton since December 29, 1999.
