MILWAUKEE (Ticker) -- Dwyane Wade's perfect first half carried Marquette to an easy win.
Wade scored 23 of his 28 points in the first half as the 13th-ranked Golden Eagles cruised to a 97-74 victory over Eastern Illinois.

Robert Jackson took over the offense in the second half, scoring 18 of his 22 points in the final 20 minutes. He made 10-of-16 shots as Marquette shot 60 percent (40-of-67) overall.
Travis Diener and freshman Steve Novak scored 11 points apiece as the Golden Eagles stretched their home winning streak to 19 games, their longest since 1995.
Henry Domercant scored 27 points and J.R. Reynolds had 23 for Eastern Illinois (1-3), which has lost three straight after a season-opening win at Boise State.
