COLLEGE PARK, Maryland (Ticker) -- Ryan Randle scored 17 points and Drew Nicholas added 15 as ninth-ranked Maryland cruised to an 85-58 rout of intrastate foe Loyola.

Randle made 7-of-9 shots and Nicholas hit 6-of-11 for Maryland (14-4), which scored the first 14 points and never trailed in improving to 10-1 in their first season at the Comcast Center.

Jamar Smith contributed 10 points off the bench for Maryland, which has won 91 of its last 92 non-conference home games.

Steve Blake handed out 10 assists and made 3-of-6 shots and 2-of-2 free throws in 26 minutes. Maryland got points from 11 of 13 players who saw action.

The Terrapins played their final non-conference game of the season. They return to Atlantic Coast Conference action Thursday against Virginia.

Bernard Allen had 16 points and seven rebounds and backcourt mate Lucious Jordan added 13 points to lead Loyola (4-15), which has lost the last eight meetings with Maryland since a win in 1948.

Maryland shot 64 percent in the first half, when it grabbed a 50-26 lead.

The Terps made just 6-of-21 (29 percent) 3-pointers but outscored the Greyhounds in the paint, 40-24.

Maryland leads the all-time series, 8-5.
