Holy Cross wins Patriot League

WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) -- Anna Kinne scored 23 points and Jeanette Paukert added 18 as regular-season champion Holy Cross defeated Bucknell 87-63 to win the championship game of the Patriot League tournament Wednesday.

Katie O'Keefe scored 18 points with 11 rebounds for Holy Cross (23-6), which earned an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. The Crusaders won their 11th straight game and advanced to the tournament for the third consecutive season.

Molly Creamer scored 20 and Lori Houck added 19 for Bucknell (15-15).

Kinne and Veronica Jutras combined for 14 points as Holy Cross took a 38-15 lead with 6:16 left in the first half. Holy Cross, which led 49-33 at the half, was never seriously threatened afterward.
