Using the table below, you can figure the number of available spots for "bubble" teams by subtracting the number of "lock" teams from 34. All three columns will be constantly updated between now and Selection Sunday (March 11).
Conferences with no school listed under "automatic" do not presently have more than one "lock" team. Schools in bold have clinched NCAA bids.

Iowa and Penn State have been moved from Bubble to Lock following their Big Ten upsets of Ohio State and Michigan State.
Baylor, Seton Hall, Wyoming, UTEP, Auburn, Minnesota, South Florida, West Virginia and Miami have been removed from consideration.
