TEANECK, N.J. -- Nine games over four days should by no means make or break a basketball prospect, but could we really get away with covering an event and not rating the players? Thus, here were the top 20 rising seniors at the 1999 adidas ABCD camp, July 7-10 (Note: Later in the week, we will compile overall class ratings including players from the Nike All-American Camp, which took place simultaneously):
