For the second straight year Delta State of Cleveland, Miss., denied Immaculata of Philadelphia. Down seven points at the half because of brutal 33 percent field goal shooting, Delta State rallied on the strength of Lusia Harris and Romona Von Boeckman. Harris scored 27 points and pulled down 18 rebounds, while Von Boeckman tallied 18 points, including 15 in the second half.

Finals MVP: Delta State's Lusia Harris

They Said It: "It wasn't my usual 30 or more, but we look to all the girls on our team to do the scoring," Harris said after being named the game's MVP.

Interesting Fact: Harris averaged 34 points a game during the regular season.

Record-setter: Immaculata made its fifth straight Final Four appearance.
