Tennessee defeats Rutgers 64-54, returns to title game
After a one-year absence, Tennessee will once again be playing in the NCAA championship game. The Lady Vols defeated Rutgers 64-54 Friday night and advanced to their fifth title game in six years. Freshman point guard Kara Lawson scored 19 points to lead Tennessee.

Rutgers upsets top-seeded Georgia 59-51
Shawnetta Stewart scored 22 points as second-seeded Rutgers physically dominated top-seeded Georgia to claim the West Regional 59-51.
