Previous NCAA Tournament Bids: 17 NCAA Tournament Record: 29-17 Final Four Appearances: 3 NCAA Tournament Championships: None Best NCAA Tournament Finish: 1991, National Runner-up Last NCAA Appearance: 2000, lost to Tennessee, 77-56, Regional Semifinals

Starters: F - Svetlana Volnaya (6-1, Sr., 12.6 ppg, 4.0 rpg) F - Dean'na Mitchelson (6-2, Sr., 4.8 ppg, 4.0 rpg) C - Schuye LaRue (6-3, So., 17.9 ppg, 11.9 rpg) G - Telisha Quarles (5-8, Jr., 11.4 ppg, 2.6 rpg) G - Anna Prillman (6-0, Fr., 6.2 ppg, 3.0 rpg)

Outlook: Schuye LaRue will take this team on her shoulders early and she is very capable of doing that because she is unstoppable around the basket. The Cavaliers will need more consistent play from their backcourt to get farther than the second round and the offense is currently being run by Anna Prillman - a freshman.
