CANCUN, Mexico (Ticker) -- Georgia Schweitzer scored 20 points, including seven straight during a key first-half run, as fifth-ranked Duke coasted to a 69-45 victory over cold-shooting Arkansas State in the first round of the Fun in the Sun Shootout.
Schweitzer was 8-of-15 from the field, including 2-of-3 from 3-point range, helping the Blue Devils (9-1) bounce back from their first loss of the season.
Rometra Craig was the only other player in double figures for Duke with 10 points. But all 12 players who suited up scored for the Blue Devils, who will face Oral Roberts in Tuesday's championship game.
Duke made 12-of-29 shots in each half (41 percent) and forced 29 turnovers to overcome a 43-35 disadvantage on the boards.
Rae-Anne Smith scored 10 points and Jolie McKeirnan added seven and 10 rebounds for Arkansas State (4-3), which shot just 24.5 percent (13-of-53).
