LAWRENCE, Kansas (Ticker) -- Jennifer Jackson scored 17 points to lead four players in double figures as Kansas stunned Iowa State, 69-61, handing the sixth-ranked Cyclones their second straight Big 12 Conference loss.
Jackson had five assists and two steals, overcoming seven turnovers to help the Jayhawks (10-14, 5-9 Big 12) maintain their dominance over Iowa State. Kansas has a 37-12 lead in the all-time series and has won 20 of 22 meetings at home.
Brooke Reves had 15 points and six rebounds before fouling out and K.C. Hilgenkamp chipped in 12 points for the Jayhawks, who snapped a four-game losing streak and won for only the fouth time since a 5-1 start.
Kansas also got 10 points, eight boards and six steals from Jaclyn Johnson and closed with an 8-2 run after Iowa State (20-4, 10-3) got within two points with 1:35 remaining.
Angie Welle had 20 points and nine rebounds for the Cyclones, who were coming off Wednesday's 73-66 loss at Colorado. Megan Taylor and Lindsey Wilson each scored 13 points, but Iowa State committed 19 turnovers.
