DURHAM, North Carolina (Ticker) -- Georgia Schweitzer had 19 points and seven rebounds and Sheana Mosch scored 17 points as No. 6 Duke handed Virginia its most lopsided loss of the season, 76-53, in an Atlantic Coast Conference matchup.
Schweitzer drained 3-of-5 from the arc and Mosch made 5-of-6 from the line. The duo combined to shoot 14-of-22 from the floor as the Blue Devils rebounded from a rare loss with a dominant performance.
Duke (24-3, 12-3 ACC) shot 50 percent (28-of-56) from the floor and made 13-of-15 free throws in the second half to prevent a Virginia comeback.
Duke's Alana Beard had 12 points and six steals and Michele Matyasovsky added nine points. Rochelle Parent was a force with nine rebounds, two blocks and four assists to go along with four points for the Blue Devils, who captured a 71-68 victory at Virginia on January 22.
Virginia (17-12, 7-8) shot just 29 percent (17-of-57) from the field, made 2-of-14 3-pointers and was outrebounded, 44-35.
Schuye LaRue had 16 points, 18 rebounds and three blocks but committed nine of the Cavaliers' 24 turnovers. Svetlana Volnaya scored 11 points, but made just 3-of-12 shots from the field.
Virginia received 12 points on 4-of-14 shooting and six turnovers from its starting backcourt and just six points from its bench.
