GREENSBORO, North Carolina (Ticker) -- Georgia Schweitzer scored 27 points, leading four players in double figures as No. 4 Duke defeated Wake Forest, 75-68 in overtime, in the first round of the Atlantic Coast Conference tournament.
Schweitzer was just 5-of-14 from the field but hit 14-of- 16 attempts from the line.
Alana Beard scored 14 points, Michele Matyasovsky and Rometra Craig added 10 apiece for the Blue Devils (26-3), who were able to overcome a 15-point deficit midway through the first half.
Wake Forest led 68-67 with just under two minutes left in overtime when Schweitzer made two free throws to put Duke ahead for good.
The Blue Devils shot 45 percent (26-of-57) and will face the winner of Saturday's Florida-Virginia game.
Olivia Dardy scored 30 points and Eafton Hill added 13 as the Demon Deacons (11-17) shot 39 percent (23-of-58), but committed 20 turnovers which Duke converted into 31 points.
