SOUTH BEND, Indiana (Ticker) -- Jacqueline Batteast had 18 points, 12 rebounds and four blocks as 15th-ranked Notre Dame snapped a two-game losing streak with an 89-31 rout over Army.

Batteast made 7-of-18 shots from the floor, including 2-of-8 from 3-point range, and grabbed six offensive rebounds to help the Fighting Irish end their first two-game skid in four years.

Notre Dame also extended its home winning streak to 40 games, the second-longest active streak in the nation.

Le'Tania Severe scored 13 points and Alicia Ratay added 12 for Notre Dame, which shot 43 percent (33-of-77) and held a dominant, 60-31, rebounding edge.

Freshman Teresa Borton pulled down nine rebounds and Ericka Haney added six. The Fighting Irish collected 26 offensive rebounds, leading to 35 second-chance points and outscored Army, 40-24, in the paint.

Katie Macfarlane had 13 points and eight rebound to lead the Black Knights, who shot just 33 percent (20-of-60) and made 3-of-11 3-pointers.

Christina Canelli scored 10 points and Molly McKinnon chipped in nine for Army (1-4), which lost its first ever meeting with Notre Dame.
