WACO, Texas (Ticker) -- Sheila Lambert scored 13 of her 17 points in the first half as unbeaten No. 10 Baylor stormed to a 20-point lead and cruised to an 85-55 victory over Arkansas-Little Rock.
Lambert made 6-of-7 shots in the first half, when Baylor (11-0) shot 53 percent (17-of-32), dominated down low and opened a 47-27 advantage.
Danielle Crockrom scored 12 of her 22 points in the first half, when the Lady Bears shot 16 free throws to four for the Trojans and scored 22 points in the paint.
It was more of the same in the second half, when Baylor built the lead to as much as 30 points. Overall, the Lady Bears shot 46.5 percent (33-of-71) and held a 48-32 rebounding edge.
Roberta Sarti and Asten Kennedy scored 12 points apiece for Little Rock (4-6), which shot just 37 percent (21-of-57) and committed 20 turnovers.
