Paul McPherson

Allsport
Position: Shooting Guard
College: DePaul
Conference: Conference USA
Height: 6'4"
Weight: 210
Age: 21
Birthdate: 07/03/78
High School: South Shore, Chicago, Ill.

*Early entry

McPherson played only one season of Division I basketball, so it's hard to say just how ready for the pros he is. He's a good defender who might find work as a specialist. He's also athletic and a great finisher on the break. As a junior, McPherson shot .530 from the field, but just .313 from 3-point range, so he'll need to work on that aspect of his game. He had a good postseason, making the Conference USA All-Tournament team and scoring 21 points against Kansas in the NCAA Tournament.
