Dench, a native Australian, did his future career a world of good by shining in the NBA's first major tryout camp at Portsmouth. He was the camp's leading rebounder (12.3 per game) and was chosen to the all-tournament team. Dench is a good shooter who connected on 54 percent of his field goals as a senior. He also shot an excellent 46 percent from 3-point range, making 26 of 56 shot behind he arc. Dench has decent touch from the free-throw line as well (69 percent). He'll play for pay somewhere.

Senior Season
After fluctuating between starting and coming off the bench his first three seasons, Dench started 32 of the 33 games he played
Missed two games due to soft tissue damage to his right calf
His 5.0 rpg ranked second on the team
