Hart was one of three point guards chosen to the All-Big East first team, joining Eric Barkley of St. John's and Khalid El-Amin of UConn. Hart is a big-time defender whose assist numbers improved as a senior; he was second in the Big East (6.5 per game). He didn't shoot particularly well this season but has been known to knock down a key 3-pointer. Occasionally he forces bad shots in an effort to assert himself, but those are errors of aggression. He was invited to play in the NBA's Phoenix tryout camp.
