Pau Gasol (No. 3, in trade from the Hawks) could be a star someday, and Shane Battier (No. 6) is a solid choice, but it's hard to see how the Grizzlies got any better for next season. It's going to take Gasol a while to be nearly as productive as Shareef Abdur-Rahim.

Strengths: None, now that they've traded Mike Bibby and Abdur-Rahim.

Weaknesses: Center, rebounding, team defense.
