SAN ANTONIO (AP) -- Los Angeles Lakers head coach Phil Jackson was ejected from Game 2 of the Western Conference finals against the San Antonio Spurs on Monday night after getting two technical fouls in a five-minute span.

Jackson's second technical foul came with 3:59 left in the third quarter. It was called by Bob Delaney, who had earlier called one on Lakers center Shaquille O'Neal.

Jackson's first technical was called by Hugh Evans with 8:44 left in the third quarter after he complained about a foul called against Horace Grant on a play involving Tim Duncan of the Spurs. It was Grant's third foul.

The Lakers won the opening game of the best-of-seven series.
