A knee injury puts pressure on Jefferies to impress scouts before the draft, because he was only able to play 21 games in his junior season, missing the stretch run and an opportunity to showcase his skills. Jefferies had another year of eligibility remaining because he sat out a season after transferring from Arkansas. So he took a bit of a chance by declaring for the draft. Jefferies a well-rounded player who can score inside and out, passes well and can rebound. He has to cash in more consistently from the free throw line.
