SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) -- Peja Stojakovic practiced with the Sacramento Kings on Monday, but the injured All-Star forward is still doubtful for Game 5 of the Western Conference finals.

Stojakovic, the Kings' second-leading scorer during the regular season, has missed six straight playoff games with a sprained right ankle. He was on crutches for several days after the injury, which occurred May 9 in the third game of Sacramento's victory over Dallas in the conference semifinals.

Stojakovic didn't speak to the media following the Kings' workout at their training complex, but coach Rick Adelman said he doesn't expect Stojakovic to play Tuesday night.

"Every day, he's getting better," Adelman said. "I think by Friday he will be OK. We almost accomplished a 3-1 lead without Peja, and we're 2-2, so that's good."

The Kings and the Los Angeles Lakers are tied 2-2 in the best-of-seven conference finals. Game 6 is Friday night in Los Angeles.
