Biography: The sophomore from Maryland made the decision to declare for the NBA draft after being suspended for the 2012-13 season for
violating the university's student-athlete code of conduct. During an outstanding year in which Stoglin led the ACC in scoring
with 21.6 points per game along with an average of 3.4 rebounds, the shoot-first guard took more than twice as many shots
as any other teammate. Stoglin's offensive game won't be questioned, but his decision-making and defensive play will likely
have to improve if he wants to have a chance to contribute at the next level. He averaged 2.2 turnovers to 1.9 assists as
a sophomore, and it may take some time for him to develop other aspects of his game. Stoglin also made just 41.3 percent of
his field-goal attempts last season, but he improved his 3-point shooting by making 38.4 percent from beyond the arc. Stoglin
averaged 11.4 points and shot 46.0 percent - 35.9 from long distance - as a freshman, starting 15 of 33 games. Stoglin, who
made 80.0 percent of his free-throw attempts in two seasons, could be picked late in the second round.
