CHICAGO (CNN/SI) -- Hold off those stories about the end of the Chicago Bulls dynasty.

The Chicago Tribune is reporting in Tuesday's editions that the Bulls are planning to offer Scottie Pippen a two-year deal worth between $35 and $40 million on July 1, when the team can begin negotiations with the star forward.

Pippen had said he was interested in exploring free-agent options outside of Chicago. However after Sunday's game, Pippen seemed interested in listening to the Bulls' offers.

"Anything is possible," Pippen said.

The signing of Pippen could signal the return of Michael Jordan for at least one more season.

Jordan has said he would like to win one more championship with the core group in place now -- Jordan, Pippen, coach Phil Jackson and Dennis Rodman.

Jackson seems unlikely to return to the Bulls next season, but Jordan said he would play for another coach, given the right circumstances.

Jordan would not comment on his future immediately, instead waiting until the end of the summer to make a decision.

"The question is do I want to do that or not," Jordan said Sunday. "And that's the thing that has to be debated. . . . I think that's the purpose of waiting until the end of the summer and making final decisions."
