Off-the-court problems stopped
Richardson from fulfilling his unlimited potential. However, he flourished in the
1984-'85 season, leading the Nets with 20.1 points, 8.2 assists and 3.0 steals
per game. The stellar play that resulted in the only All-Star
berth of Richardson's career.
